DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
You knows your body exists, you were just never taught how it works. You grew up being told to cover it, protect it, and save it... and you have. Willingly. But no one sat you down and explained what your body actually is, how it actually functions, or what it actually needs to experience intimacy the way Allah designed it.
So you enter marriage — or have been for years — still carrying questions you have never said out loud. About pain. About pleasure. About whether what you're is experiencing is normal. About why you do not feel what you're expected to feel.
You may have tried searching online. Most of what comes up is haram, clinical, doesn't resonate, or so far from your values that it feels wrong to even look at. There is no halal space that answers your specific questions plainly, accurately, and with Islam at the center.
You were taught to guard your body. You were just never taught to understand it. This workshop changes that.
Women do not experience desire the same way men do — and no one really talks about this.
Our bodies need to be awakened before it is ready. Foreplay is not optional — it is physiological and sunnah. Without it, intimacy will feel uncomfortable at best and painful at worst. This is not a flaw in us, but it is simply how we were designed. And once women understand this, everything changes.
Most Muslim women have never been taught about their anatomy — and that silence is costing them.
This is not a shameful topic. Allah designed us this way and created women's bodies with the capacity for pleasure — understanding how that works is not immodest, it is seeking beneficial knowledge. And knowledge is what protects you inside your marriage.
Your questions are not inappropriate. They are just unanswered.
You have been made to feel that asking about your own body is somehow wrong. So you carry your questions silently, fumble through experiences you were never prepared for, and assume that confusion is just part of marriage. I'm here to tell you it does not have to be.
You'll walk away informed on the things you need to care for your body properly when it comes to intimacy.
You'll feel confident in your own skin and grateful to Allah for how he created you.
You'll finally be equipped with the knowledge your body, and your marriage, have always needed.

Use of Visual Aids
In this workshop, I will be using visual aids including a 3D model of female genitalia for educational purposes.
I want to be transparent with you: I am showing this to educate, not to shock.
If you feel uncomfortable or scared when you see it, I challenge you to pause and ask yourself:
Where is this discomfort coming from?
Is it shame?
Is it trauma?
Is it cultural conditioning?
This is your body. This is all of our bodies. We all have these parts. Allah ﷻ gifted them to us, and it is important for our well-being to know how they function, what's actually there, and how they work.
I swear by Allah as my witness: I am doing this only for educational purposes. I am not doing this to create arousal. I am not doing this to cause controversy or shock. This is purely so that women can know their bodies on a deeper level than what is readily available out there.
If at any point you need to step away, mute your video, or take a break - that is completely okay. Go at your own pace. This is a safe space.
