Educational Purpose

This workshop is designed to provide Islamic education and body literacy in a respectful, faith-based context. All content is rooted in Islamic teachings and intended to empower Muslim women with knowledge about their bodies, intimacy, and marital rights.

This is not therapy, counseling, or individualized advice. This is general education applicable to Muslim women seeking knowledge.

Safe Space Agreement

This is a sisters-only space. By participating, you agree to:

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants

  • Not record, screenshot, or share any part of this workshop without explicit permission

  • Engage with kindness, respect, and understanding

  • Honor the Islamic principles of modesty, mercy, and sisterhood

What is shared in this space stays in this space. This is a judgment-free zone where we support each other in learning.

Use of Visual Aids

In this workshop, I will be using visual aids including a 3D model of female genitalia for educational purposes.

I want to be transparent with you: I am showing this to educate, not to shock.

If you feel uncomfortable or scared when you see it, I challenge you to pause and ask yourself:

  • Where is this discomfort coming from?

  • Is it shame?

  • Is it trauma?

  • Is it cultural conditioning?

This is your body. This is all of our bodies. We all have these parts. Allah ﷻ gifted them to us, and it is important for our well-being to know how they function, what's actually there, and how they work.

I swear by Allah as my witness: I am doing this only for educational purposes. I am not doing this to create arousal. I am not doing this to cause controversy or shock. This is purely so that women can know their bodies on a deeper level than what is readily available out there.

If at any point you need to step away, mute your video, or take a break - that is completely okay. Go at your own pace. This is a safe space.

Content Warning

This workshop will cover topics including but not limited to:

  • Female anatomy (internal and external)

  • Sexual intimacy in marriage

  • Foreplay, arousal, and pleasure

  • Menstrual cycle and fertility

  • Consent and communication in marriage

If any of these topics are triggering for you due to past trauma, please prioritize your mental and emotional well-being. You are welcome to participate at your comfort level or seek additional support from a licensed therapist.

Islamic Grounding

All content in this workshop is presented within the framework of Islamic teachings. References to the Quran, hadith, and scholarly opinions are made to the best of my ability based on my research and consultation with Islamic scholars.

However, I am not a scholar. If you have specific fiqh questions, please consult a qualified Islamic scholar for personalized guidance.

This workshop is meant to complement - not replace - your own Islamic learning and relationship with Allah ﷻ.
